The Great Taste Awards judges have given The Weald Smokery Smoked Salmon numerous gold awards over the years.
The salmon is reared on the west coast of Scotland, where the cold water produces strong, healthy fish with firm, even-textured flesh. Cold-smoked over local oak chippings in traditional brick kilns, the fish takes on a delicate colour and subtle, smoky flavour.
