Frequently Asked Questions
Before contacting us - please have a look to see if we have the answer to your question.
The Online Shop
Q- Do I get a confirmation email?
A- Yes, we always send a confirmation email as soon as the payment is received and the order confirmed. If you do not receive it with 5 minutes check your spam folder, if you still can't find it contact us - we can check the email address on the account. Our confirmations come from: 'email@example.com via shopify.com'
Q- Can I add onto my order once I've placed it?
A- Yes. Send an email with your order number and the items you wish to add - the items must be currently available on the website, to Email:firstname.lastname@example.org. We create an order with those additional items and send an invoice - so no minimum - even just a box of eggs is fine! Please give us at least 24hrs notice. The shop also remains open - so if you are not isolating then you will be able to pop in before/after collecting your order - we would just ask you to move your car from a "Click & Collect" bay.
Q- Can I change the date and time of my order?
A- If you email us at email@example.com you will try our best to do this for you. Please be advised it is not always possible due to stock and time slot availability.
Q- Can I change or add to the items I have received in my veg box?
A- Unfortunately you cannot request particular items. The fruit and veg wholesaler works to a cost per box and the daily fluctuation of the price of veg will mean it will differentiate. Thank you for your comment though, we will be developing the click and collect service as time goes on!
Q- I have placed an order with you but haven't received my confirmation email, have you got my order?
A- Yes, all orders placed online with successful transactions will have gone through. Please check your junk and spam folders in your emails for your confirmation email.
Q- Is there a way to see what dates and times are available before doing the shop online?
A- Yes! Your basket needs to have hit the £25 limit before you to see the next availability. A quick way to reach that price is to add the 'meat for the week' bag for example, you can then see what is available before going back to the cart and deleting it and starting your shopping as normal.
Q- Do I get loyalty points for Shopping online.
A- If you have a loyalty card ultimately you will. Currently our Online & Instore systems are not connected, but its something we are working on. When they are connected we will do an update of loyalty points. As long as the same email address has been used for both this will happen automatically.
