Delice de France

This artisanal bread is made with 23% rye along with malt and wholemeal flour. It has a fantastic dark, yet rich crust with a soft texture.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost at room temperature for 120 min. Bake for 10-12 min. at 200°C. 

water, WHEAT flour, RYE flour 20 %, coarsely ground RYE 2 %, pregelatinized RYE malt flour, yeast, sunflower kernels, WHEAT gluten, flax-seeds, salt, coarsely ground LUPINE, malted RYE flour, iodised salt, WHEAT bran, malted BARLEY flour, malted BARLEY extract, dried RYE sourdough, SOYA bran.
