Our skilled butchers will hand craft these joints order using English turkeys which have been traditionally reared. The boned turkey breast is stuffed with Gluten Free Sage & Onion and Gluten Free Sausage Meat and then the whole joint is wrapped in delicious streaky bacon to lock in the flavour and moisture.
