This wonderful goats milk, Brie styled, cheese is made from pasteurised goats milk at The Lubborn Creamery in Somerset.     The cheese is made from the goats milk collected from local farms within a few miles radius of the creamery and is situated in the beautiful valley of Cricket St Thomas.
