These Seeded Wholegrain crispbreads are inpsired by peters yards love of Sweden, the home of crispbread. They use simple, natural ingredients including organic flour, oat groats, buckwheat, sunflower and poppy seeds and their precious sourdough which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made. Baked until golden and crisp, they are the natural choice for a mild hard cheese like Single Gloucester.
Water, rye flour, wheat flour, sourdough (rye flour, water), wholewheat flour, sunflower seeds, whole buckwheat, oat groats, honey, poppy seeds and salt.
