Due to the large variation in sizes and availablty, Charlie, the Holwood Farm fishmonger freshly cooks, picks and prepares locally caught crabs and sells the meat by weight.

To dress a crab in a shell select option "180g While Meat, 200g Brown Meat & Crab Shell", divide the brown meat in 2 and put at each side of the shell, place the white meat in the centre of the shell. Note: shell, white meat and brown meats are packaged indiviually.
